Professional excellence meets agile project management: Strong process, strong ranking
Efficient results
Master the most effective SEO disciplines (value-based prioritisation), sprint by sprint, according to predefined requirements. Constant exchange strengthens problem-solving competence, creates synergies and blends the expertise and experience of a team with holistic results within a comparatively short period of focused work.Maximum flexibility
Focus on the most important things and react to the constantly changing online marketing requirements. Distribute tasks promptly and complete them independently, optimizing time to market. React immediately to the cost-benefit, risk and dependency ratios and take decisive steps ahead of the competition.Continuous improvement
Cooperation becomes more efficient and effective with each sprint. Frequent, factual and process-related reviews allow those involved to learn what works well and can be improved. At the same time, more user stories (requirements for achieving a goal) are implemented, and SEO success ensues. Learn and grow continuously so that even mistakes can be used profitably in the future.Scalable framework
For large projects, use synergies across tasks and entire teams. Even with several Scrum Teams, high-level coordination ensures simultaneous, independent implementation and optimal coordination to achieve the sprint goal quickly and cost-effectively. With agile work, even complex topics, like SEO, flow through constant cooperation.Reach goals sooner with agile SEO management:

Agile online marketing: better than classic project management?

Fixed requirements, clearly defined goals, binding role allocation and replicable processes. Flexible, fast, transparent, goal- and performance-oriented and cost-efficient in implementation:
Agile online marketing allows you to react promptly and flexibly to changing market requirements and to deviate from the otherwise rigid processes of classic project management without losing efficiency.
Although the Scrum framework originally comes from software development, its application also has immense advantages in Search Engine Optimization and marketing your company on the Internet:
- The focus and tasks within a sprint are clearly defined.
- You can participate in the process yourself or be represented by the Product Owner as far as possible.
- Requirements are collected centrally and processed sprint by sprint.
- Close collaboration with our Scrum teams and flexible coordination.
- Further development of content with each sprint and optimizations at the process level.
- Independent development team for increased creativity and independent problem-solving within a firmly defined task plan.
If using an agile SEO manager is worthwhile for your project, we have qualified Product Owners, Scrum Masters and appropriately trained teams.
You will receive honest and transparent advice: If classic or hybrid project management suits your project, we will also be happy to create the right solution.

Sprint planning: planning for a productive sprint with maximum yield
The sprint must be planned to make the best use of limited timeframes and work in a focused way on important tasks that bring results.
Initially, the Product Owner transfers the project’s initial overall requirements to the product backlog. This list shows all the requirements (epics, higher-level user stories and user stories) you and your target group have for the project.

The fastest way to the project goal: Sprint backlog
The team reviews the Product Owner’s list (product backlog) and decides which requirements should be implemented in the next sprint and how. The sprint backlog is a list of tasks to be executed by the Scrum Team in the next sprint.
During the sprint, the progress is displayed on a Scrum Board to visualise the status of the user stories in the backlog and their associated risks.
New tasks are added to the product backlog and completed in a subsequent sprint rather than being added after planning is completed.
Once the planning process is complete, the development team and Product Owner jointly set a fixed sprint goal. For example (epic):
Increase visibility by 25 per cent and increase conversion to 5 per cent by creating 3 SEO-optimized landing pages with added value for the user.
The right solution for every requirement: User Stories
The sprint backlog can be divided into different epics and user stories that define a requirement for the outcome. For “Role”, I want “Functionality” to be there to achieve a “Goal”. For example:
Keyword research, target group analysis, search intent, funnel calculation, etc.
The “Effort Estimated Task List” is derived from this user story. This shows all the tasks associated with the user stories in a sprint. For example:
Keyword-Recherche, Analyse der Zielgruppe, Suchintention, Funnel-Berechnung…
Effort estimation enables a shared view of the user stories, and the information gathered is used to determine sprint velocity. For example:
How much time does it take to identify attractive keywords?
In the sprint planning meeting, team members select the tasks they want to work on during the sprint from the list of estimated efforts based on experience and expertise.

Product Owner in the planning process:
- Determination of the overall requirements.
- Representation of product users and customer interests.
- Coordination of resources (human resources & finance).
- Focus on value creation and ROI.
- Assessment of feasibility.
Daily Scrum: Delivering Performance, Measuring Performance & Driving Performance
- Other (individual) meetings are avoided.
- Problems are promptly identified and solved in unison.
- Important decisions are made and reviewed daily.
- Team members learn something new every day.
- Progress is documented daily. Transparency increases motivation.
- Adjustments are made according to progress and the project goal.

Work in a 24-hour rhythm:
The stand-up meeting lasts no longer than 15 minutes and is designed for each team member to answer three questions:
- What did I do yesterday?
- What will I do today?
- Are there challenges, and can the team help me with them?
For example:
Is the copywriting for a landing page complete so that team member 1 can do quality assurance while the content creator can start on the following landing page based on team member 2’s research? How should the copywriter deal with the challenge of ensuring that there is as little duplication as possible of landing page 1 on the second landing page – what does the person responsible for keyword analysis say?
This information is used to update the Sprint Burndown Chart and Scrum Board at the end of each day. This helps those involved to constantly keep an eye on achieving the project goal and maintaining focus.
Organiser and motivator: Scrum Master
The aim is to be brief and focus on the most important things. In-depth discussions between the Scrum Master and the team or within the Scrum Team are held after each meeting.
The Scrum Master organises meetings to ensure that the Daily Scrum takes place at the same time and place every day. The exchange of content is planned between team members. The Scrum Master ensures that the 15-minute limit is adhered to and intervenes if necessary.

Sprint Review: Collect, review and release results
Record results and significantly shorten the time to market by using an acceptance date: progress promptly while maintaining high quality and transparency.
The results are presented to you/the Product Owner, and their stakeholders at the sprint’s end. Individual criteria (acceptance criteria) are used to check whether the requirements of the processed user stories have been completely covered:
Have the keywords that can significantly increase your visibility been found, and, based on this, has a plan been developed that meets the needs of your target group and SEO requirements?
Participants reflect upon the cycle, with the opportunity to give direct feedback on what can be included in the product backlog for one of the next sprints.
The Scrum Master leads the meeting, which usually lasts a few hours, depending on the sprint’s scope.
- Participants: Scrum Team, Scrum Master, Product Owner + customers and other stakeholders, if applicable.
- Comparison between product backlog and sprint backlog.
- The team reports on the content of the sprint.
- Questions are answered by the team member responsible.

Sprint Retrospective: Optimizing the process at its heart - instant improvement
The analysis of the sprint ensures that the next sprint will be better, more effective and more efficient.
All stakeholders participate in this meeting, which is chaired or moderated by the Scrum Master.
The central task is to find out where there is still potential for optimization through exchange and open discussion:
- Things the team needs to start with: Process improvement.
- Things the team needs to maintain: Best Practice.
- Things the team needs to turn off: Problems in the process.
From all the findings, the team agrees on as many aspects as possible to include in the planning and implementation of the next sprint.

In-process learning: product backlog extension
The insights from the sprint are also used wisely at the highest level – the product backlog.
The Product Owner determines the value of the remaining user stories and prioritises them accordingly. In addition to the value, possible risks and dependencies of user stories play an essential role in prioritisation.
In a prioritised product backlog review, you ensure that the user stories and acceptance criteria:
- Are understood and captured by all members of the Scrum Team.
- Reflect the actual requirements and priorities of the stakeholders.
- Are optimally elaborated so that the team can work with them.
- Have been eliminated if they are irrelevant.
- Contain all approved change requests.
Thus, the backlog is updated after each sprint by new user stories, new change requests, new and identified risks, updated user stories or changed prioritisation.
